Alise is an eleven-year-old girl, a little chubby. To impress her classmates, she brags about what a great horse expert she is - in reality, she is a terrible coward, especially running away from horses. Trigger is a pedigree stallion, big and wild, and he has to fight for his life: speculators want to kill him. The girl and the horse meet each other in a dramatic way, and Alise has to overcome her fear to prove herself to her comrades, but above all to save Trigger.
